Gift Certificates are sold for a particular book and are redeemable for only that book.

Step One. The first thing to do is to locate the title of the book that the Gift Certificate is issued for and click on the corresponding "Add one to Basket" button. Once you have completed this step please click the "Continue" button.

Step Two. If you are redeeming a Gift Certificate for an eBook you will be asked to select a format for your eBook. We offer our eBooks in three formats: Adobe's PDF format, Microsoft's LIT format and Palm's PDB format. Adobe, Microsoft and Palm's free readers are available from links on the Navigation Bar on the Home and Product pages. Once you have chosen the particular format for your eBook please click on the "Continue" button.

Step Three. Please verify the quantity and the title of your selection then click on the "CHECKOUT" button in the upper right hand corner of the page. At this time you will be taken to a secure site.

Step Four. At this secure site please enter your shipping information. No billing information is required because you are going to pay for your purchase with your Gift Certificate Number. After filling out the shipping information please click "Continue."

Step Five. This page contains your billing information, the product code and a description of your purchase and a box labeled Gift Certificate — Redeem Gift Certificate. ENTER YOUR GIFT CERTIFICATE NUMBER HERE and click the "REDEEM GIFT CERTIFICATE" button. It is not necessary for you to enter anything in the "Pay With" box because you are paying for your book with a Gift Certificate. No other payment is required. After entering your Gift Certificate Number and clicking on the "Redeem Gift Certificate" button" you will be directed to the next page.

Step Six. Here you will see in the Code—Product section in the middle of the page notification that your Gift Certificate Redemption has reduced the price total to $0.00. Please click on the "Continue" button.

Step Seven. This is your invoice. You may wish to print this out for your records. You will also receive a confirmation e-mail at the address you entered previously which will provide you with a record of this transaction.

• Please click the "Continue to Download System" button if you are purchasing an eBook. You will be shown how to download your eBook.
